As a licenced player agent, Lambregts is dedicated to a flourishing career for his clients. His job is to plan the athletic and commercial careers of clients, keep in touch with clubs, and negotiate contracts. He contacts closely with proven specialists such as trainers, educational advisors, dietary experts, mental coaches, tax specialists and financial planners.

As general manager, Belinfante runs the day to day business at the office of  More Than Sports B.V.
